Kings Performance Cancellation/Refund Policy
Refunds - You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper if an item is returned, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly if an order is accepted for refund after cancellation if applicable. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), as well as the time it takes us to process your return/refund once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Canceled Orders – All cancellations after 24 hours or withdrawal of funds from account will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. All special-order parts are subject to a 50% cancellation fee and/or any manufacturer return policy IF deemed applicable by Kings Performance
Returns & Exchanges – All Returns and Exchanges must be sent back with an appropriate RMA form, Store Credit on select items will remain applicable depending on the situation or item(s).
Kings Performance is not responsible for any returns without proper documentation. Kings Performance will exchange all incorrectly supplied items at our cost when the purchaser supplies all information regarding purchase in complete detail (including part number, item description and price). All problems must be noted within 7 days of receipt of parts, Kings Performance will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).All other Regular accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and/or any manufacturer return policy IF applicable.
*Products purchased in a kit/combo are only eligible for return if the ENTIRE KIT/COMBO is returned at the same time. Individual items inside a kit/combo cannot be returned separately - IF APPLICABLE

NON-REFUNDABLE / UNABLE TO CANCEL:
SPECIAL / CUSTOM / RACE ONLY ORDERS & ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPENDENT OF TERMS.
Before any large race/custom made orders are finalized, Kings Performance will always provide an estimated ETA depending on the items or size of order reflected from vendors or machine shops as a given estimated time of arrival PER EVERY ORDER/TRANSACTION that carries a heavy wait time followed by regular updates to the buyer, especially non-shelf or special-order items (i.e. custom pistons or custom race motors) once said transaction is agreed upon.
Kings Performance assumes the right that a cancellation will not be given after 90 days if such products have not been delivered or finalized from production with updated status of order throughout the waiting period.
Custom, made-to-order, specialty race products, NON-shelf items, RACE ONLY items, i.e. CUSTOM TURBO KITS, CUSTOM ENGINE PACKAGES, CUSTOM and/or OFF-ROAD USE ONLY items cannot be canceled or refunded once production on them has begun, this can also include other special items not listed as we offer many custom specialty products as we are a full custom performance facility. Please feel free to inquire prior to purchase if this is a concern.
This will also apply to special/custom/race only items purchased and sold in our office in person or over the phone and email.
IF a cancellation is brought up during production, items will be delivered after completion NO questions asked, and return/legal fees will be accessed if applicable, we bare no right to hold items purchased that cannot be cancelled or returned following our return policy.
We have seen in the past after production is almost completed buyers tend to cancel before delivery and unfortunately, we will not be able to return special order/requested items and must be delivered after completion ZERO ACCEPTIONS. IF denied, legal proceedings will be followed as Kings Performance will not be liable for ANY special-order items ready to be delivered upon completion, IF not agreed upon, transaction will be voided and terminated 30-days after completion, cancellation party will also be liable for ALL legal fees IF applicable.
Kings Performance also sells items that are labeled as Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise, These items are sold at greatly-reduced prices, therefore all sales are considered final on those select items i.e. Garage Sale tab via the online store, and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Kings Performance and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Garage sale, Open-Box, Clearance and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of 90-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.
As mentioned, Kings Performance also sells unique or custom order items very often that are usually made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered on a case-by-case basis. Consequently, items indicated as having this Special-Order Return Policy are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
IF ANY Special/Custom/Race only order items are agreed to be returned under certain circumstances then Kings Performance will require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable re-stocking fee followed by all shipping or freight fees incurred.
This fee will also not be refunded if the order is cancelled or undelivered unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer OR kept as store credit for future use.
The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered will fit their needs or intended not to be cancelled past the 90-day period.
Store credit is only applicable depending on certain scenarios, certain special items/custom orders are not eligible for store credit.
