Universal Taco Gussets - 1.5" OD

Universal Taco Gussets provide an effective way to increase rigidity at diagonal tube intersections within your roll cage structure, adding strength where it matters most. Each gusset is formed from 16ga HRPO steel and offered for 1.5", 1.75", or 2" tube-size options. The 180ø folded design ensures a clean fit and straightforward installation.

The 180ø folded design provides a clean, wraparound fit, while the indexed profile makes installation highly adaptable. Each gusset starts from a 100ø base angle and includes reference marks in 10ø increments, allowing you to trim and fine-tune the fit to your exact tube intersection angle. This versatility gives fabricators more precision and adjustability than fixed-angle gussets.
