This E46 Sedan Roll Cage Kit is built for serious road racers who demand performance, compliance, and smart interior layout. Select your desired main tubing spec to align with your rulebook—NASA or SCCA—while still enjoying the advantages of a non-gutted, street/track-friendly interior.

The main structure includes the Main Hoop, Front Top Bar, Rear Down Bars, and A-pillars. The supporting structure—featuring the X-style door bars, dash bar, door bar supports, and tube gussets—uses 1.5" x .095" DOM tubing for optimal strength without unnecessary weight.

The non-gutted configuration is perfect for track cars that still see street use or endurance builds that benefit from window functionality. Door panels must be trimmed to fit the bars, but windows remain usable.

With CNC-cut notches, mandrel bends, and laser-etched guides, assembly is fast and accurate—built for racers, by racers.
