KP 2JZGTE Head Packages Available for both (NONVVTI/VVTI)

Below you will find a list of stage options, you must  supply a core or we can supply one (sold separately) - Lead times will vary depending on stage (2-6 weeks)

STAGE 1 Rated 500WHP does not include CAMS requires STOCK CAMS - NO CNC

STAGE 2 Rated 800WHP Includes BC 264 CAMS requires STOCK CAM CAPS - NO CNC

STAGE 3 Rated 1100WHP Includes GSC S3 CAMS - CNC PORTED/BLUEPRINT

RATED R + RACE ONLY/RATED 2000HP+ - CNC PORTED/BLUEPRINT

Hot Tank Cleaning
Sand Blast Head
R/R Oil Port Plugs/Freeze Plugs
Port and Polish
EGR Port plugged

R/R/R Valve Guides
Multi Angle Valve Job
Surfacing

Valve Seals
Assemble
Set Lash

Labor process:
Remove/Drill/Tap/Replace Oil Port Plugs
Plug EGR port
Install Oversized Valve Seats
CNC Port and CNC Chamber (Depending Stage)
Clearance for Larger Cams
Remove, Reinstall, Ream Valve Guides
Valve Job & Set Valve Lash
Plug intake side water pipe
Tap 1/2" NPT rear top water pipe
Resurface Head
Assemble Head
